  • Most projects take between 2–4 weeks, depending on the scope and how quickly I receive your content and feedback. Larger websites or social media packages may take longer.

  • I’ll need your business details (logo, colors, brand style, photos, and any copy/text you’d like included). If you don’t have all of this ready, I can guide you through the process. I send out a list of things I will need to make it easy!

  • Yes, I require 50% upfront to reserve your project spot. The remaining balance is due once the project is complete and approved.

  • Absolutely. I offer ongoing support and maintenance options, or you can reach out whenever you need updates or additional services.

  • Yes! I can refresh, redesign, or optimize your existing website or social media accounts so they better reflect your brand and goals.

  • I build on Wix Studio.

  • Yes. Basic SEO setup (keywords, meta descriptions, page titles, and alt text) is included.

  • Because of the time and customization involved, refunds aren’t offered once a project has begun. However, I make sure you’re included every step of the way. I’ll work closely with you throughout the process to avoid surprises. If something feels off, revisions will be made to ensure your vision comes to life.
